Tue, December 18, 2007 - 9:23 AMWe couldn't even finish it, it was awful... IMHO of course. -

Re: The Number 23
Tue, December 18, 2007 - 10:41 AMYeah, I watched it, and it was really disappointing. The first hour was dreadfully dull, which is pretty bad considering it was only 90 minutes long. There was a really nice (but very brief) sex scene about 35 minutes in, though. Almost made it worth it. -

Tue, December 18, 2007 - 2:46 PMI didn't think it was too bad, actually...I have seen worse!
Interesting story.

Re: The Number 23
Thu, December 20, 2007 - 6:17 AMOk, normally I wouldn't mention it, but its 'synchronicity' tribe so: I ran into someone on the same day as my post, in a rare circumstance, who wrote: " I just watched The Number 23."

Re: The Number 23
Tue, January 15, 2008 - 4:55 PMyes. I thought it was. very strange movie. I added up 1976 the year I was born. It equaled 23. The night my ex committed suicide was June 23 2001 There is more but I dont want to drive myself crazy like he did in the movie!! So i just thought,,... ok, this is just a sign to show me the truth to synchromicity, i dont know but i stopped thinking about it. ok, i got the sign, but i dont want to go nuts. i think its worth watching! :) everyone has their own opinion -

It's best to let yourself be be surprised with sync...that real wow.... I agree that it was probably a sign vis-a-vis the truth/reality to sync. Something everyone here probably shares. Maybe you are a 23er :)

Re: The Number 23
Mon, February 18, 2008 - 10:02 PMWell since its been out awhile and now released on DVD, it sucked, big time.
To get the real scoop on 23, check out Robert Anton Wilson's original work, "Cosmic Trigger"!
The number 23 phenomenon was actually first pointed out by William Burroughs.

For me, there always seems to be synchronistic events in my life and the world when the Sun hits the 23rd degree of any sign!

Re: The Number 23
Tue, February 19, 2008 - 12:38 PMYes! I got turned on to 23s long ago and they have popped up continually since then. Birthdays, address numbers, license numbers, etc.
39, thanks for that list.
Then, of course, there's 11, which came unbidden into my consciousness. Just kept turning up, over and over, on the clock - enough that I looked it up online. Imagine my surprise when I found out it's a Thing.
I'm not sure these things have Inherent Meaning, though it's fun to speculate. Let's not forget the brain is a pattern-recognition system.
