i imagine it would be the same for most people.
if the universe is trying to tell you something, it would benefit from doing it in terms you understand.
and it will let you know :) even modern methods of communication can serve to deliver messages and signs...
for me, i like to ask my questions during my morning walks through the park - that's sort of my prayer and reflection time.
just figure out what you enjoy and it will work for you :) -

I guess I must be on the right track. I too do a lot of reflection while I walk my dog at local school or when I by myself. So, like you I do pray many of times.
