i've really been quiet and mellow lately, but lost my voice completely , somehow...
and get this... i have a focus group at howard university on tues on "health resources" of all things... go figure...

so, what calls in Illness? specifically Laryingitis?

i guess, it could just the season changing i suppose,with new plant growth comes some unseen allergies and post-nasel drip, leading to this state... and a viris onset...
or perhaps is it, i'm about to undergo some intense "shift" work...transformational stuff ... and clearing my mind and voice is necessary at this juncture... i suppose.... there are no words acurate enough to describe another paradigm, right?
